E4 Body Clinic was founded by myself Rich Pearson in 2008 after completing my BSc degree with First-Class Honours in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine - graduating in 2008. I am fully qualified in Acupuncture, Massage, Cupping, Cranial-Sacral therapy, Manual therapies and both Radial and Focused Shockwave therapy.

 

After graduating, I continued to work alongside some of the leading doctors in the field of Oriental Medicine to gain extra knowledge and also studied in Beijing, China in 2007 to gain a more in-depth skill of acupuncture. It was on my return from China that I decided to open up my own clinic in Highams Park and then another clinic in Chingford a year later.

My clinic started to rapidly grow, building a number of regular clients, and continually gaining new clients, mainly from word of mouth recommendations, helping many people over the last 15 years, with all different pain and injury ailments .

I continually keep studying and learning new skills and treatments to help people who are suffering from all sorts of problems, such as in August 2022 - I decided that it was the time to diversify and branch out into becoming a shockwave practitioner.

I had professional training with Venn Healthcare - who are the leading shockwave distributers in the UK market. This has without question helped to take my treatment therapy to the next level and enable me to help heal so many more other ailments than ever before. I purchased a state of the art, top of the range shockwave machine, a Storz Masterpuls MP200 Ultra.

After a year of huge success I then invested in a Storz Duolith Focused Shockwave Machine. The addition of the focused machine has enabled me to offer a wider range of specialist treatments, particularly bone related conditions, such as Osteoarthritis and I am also able to provide specialist Shockwave therapy for Men's Health conditions - such as ED (Erectile Dysfunction).​

I am registered with the Eastern Medicine Association (EMA) and The British Acupuncture Foundation (BAF).
